A full-length storm flap and internal waist belt reduces ride-up, and Fleece-lined front pockets. This is a U.S. Coast Guard Approved Type III flotation device. Closed-cell foam insulation will provide flotation and in-water insulation to delay the onset of hypothermia in the event of water immersion.
